The state-run energy supplier, South West Gas, has now announced a new gas pain reliever that can reduce the pressure of gas in a vehicle.
South West Gas is introducing the gas pain remedy, a new pain reliever, for the South West gas network.
The gas pain relieving product is called ‘Wawa’.
The product is a non-ionic solution that contains hydrochloric acid.
It is also known as the Wawa Gas Pain Relief Solution and it is made from water and is sold in South East Queensland and South West NSW.
This is a huge development for South West, as it has been struggling with high levels of CO2 in the South and West of the state.
It is believed the South Coast gas network has experienced a 50 per cent increase in CO2 emissions since 2015.
Gas companies are also required to provide gas pain remedies to customers who have been exposed to a high level of COII in their vehicle.
South West said the Wowa solution was developed as a response to CO2, and it does not contain any hydrochlorate.
There are no side effects, the South Western Gas CEO said.
“It is an all natural and natural gas solution that is safe for you and your family to use,” Mr Goulburn said.
South East Queensland gas network was the first in the state to receive the product, he said.
“It provides a safe and effective alternative to the CO2 solution available to South West customers.”
The South West network has been suffering from a massive increase in carbon dioxide emissions and we know how important it is to ensure our community is protected,” he said, adding that South West had a zero carbon emissions target.”
We are confident that our network will have a successful long term future.
“South West gas was one of the first to receive ‘Wwa’ in the State, Mr Goulsburn said, and had experienced a 60 per cent rise in COII emissions.”
While the price of the product is currently $2.00 per liter, SouthWest Gas has secured a $1.00 price discount on this product,” he explained.”
As of today, we are working to increase the price for SouthWest gas by another $1 per liter for the remainder of this year.
“South West has made significant investments to support the community in terms of infrastructure, energy conservation and energy efficiency measures.
We look forward to working with South West as they continue to improve their infrastructure and energy consumption,” Mr Farr said.’
Wawa’ will be available in South and South East Western Australia from the end of the month.
As well as the pain relief product, South East, South and East Western Queensland have also signed up to the ‘Wawas’ campaign.
